Worksop College Pupil in GB Show Jumping Squad
Congratulations to Jake Saywell who has been selected for the Great Britain squad for the U18 Junior European Championship for Show Jumping. Of the squad of seven members, four will be chosen to ride plus one reserve, in the Championships to be held in Austria in August 2012.
Although a Year 10 pupil, Jake’s riding career only started 5 years ago and he has made great progress in a short time, representing Great Britain only 3 years later as his talent was very quickly recognised by selectors and trainers alike.
Jake’s natural ability and dedication gives him great potential to progress in the show jumping world.
